What are the BEST Women's NIKE SHOES for RUNNING???????????????????????...

I've heard bad things about Nike Shox. And I don't know whether I should choose Air of whatever other kind they have. I have an ideal foot shape. Not too flat, and not too much arch.





Which would you suggest?





Are these any good? If you have more suggestions, please tell me the name of the shoe, and I will search it.

Ideally you should go to a running shop %26amp; have the staff assess what type of foot you have (ie. neutral or overpronating). Or, stand with your feet about shoulder width apart %26amp; keeping your feet flat on the floor band your knees (get a friend to look). If your arches collapse when you do this, go for a pronation shoe; if not, neutral.

Nike Percept (similar but more cushioning)


Nike Zoom Marathoner or Nike Mayfly (lightweight racing shoes)





Overpronation shoes:


Nike Perseus (overpronation version of pegasus)

As for Nike Shox, they look good but theyre basically a fashion shoe %26amp; far from ideal for a runner.
Reply:I would suggest go to any sneaker store not jcpenny. Basically any Nike Shox is good for running..Also Nike Air max is excellent for running. Also New Balance is good too. Click on this link and it has a variety of sneakers which is good for running. Make sure u get something that is good for running which will support you and is comfortable. Nike Shox and Air max is very comfortable. Also i would suggest looking at other stores to compare prices n to get a good deal. such as websites drjays.com and footaction.com etc

I had a pair of Nikes shoes and it hurt my feet. It was painful to throw it away. Tell the salesperson that you don't need arch so that you don't pick the wrong shoe.

Reply:ive worn nike exclusively for years, but after putting in numerous miles this summer and training regularly, i switched to asics. ive read and read and read and they seem to be the shoe on top. i bought kayanos13 and love running in them. i plan to try nimbus next. so ive returned my nikes from running (i still wear my 360's out and about)
