Hey runners which is your favorite brand of sporting shoes and clothes?

I used to wear addidas, as when I was competing at the top I was given spikes, running shoes etc for free from addidas. My spikes that were given to me by addidas directly really stood out on the track. I am Australian living in Aussie land, so tell me what brand do you buy and why? I do not likePuma. Nike is recomended, and one of the best running shoes is Nike gell or Assics.

My favorite brand is probably Adidas, followed by Asics.
Reply:I love Aasics running shoes, New Balance also works for me. Nike I have always had terrible luck with, I can usually destroy a pair of Nikes in about a month minimum. When it comes to clothes, Sugoi is the best for cold weather gear-it actually looks pretty cool, and keeps you warm, and has neat hidden pockets.
Reply:For cross country and track, I wear Soffee shorts. They can be found at Kohls in a bunch of different colors! They are perfect for sports practices :) I also wear Under Armour spandex shorts. It runs about $30 at your local sporting goods store. You wear them under your shorts to keep you warm and to also keep your legs from rubbing together. On top, I just wear a big t-shirt and tie it in the back if it%26#039;s long. Then as for sneakers, I wear my Nike %26quot;WOMEN%26#039;S RUNNING%26quot; sneakers. ($75 at Famous Footwear!) I tie my hair back in a ponytail, grab a water bottle... and I%26#039;m ready to run! Good luck :)

Reply:i love my newton running shoes and i wear nike miler spikes. for running clothes, i wear a variety of brands but some of my favorites are hind, nike, adidas, pearl izumi, and zoot.
Reply:Well i run track and cross country and the right equipment def. helps. i wear sauconys they are very comfortable and light. and for appereal i wear asics i strongly recomend using them.

Reply:NIke Ascis and Saucony make running shoes, everything else is crap.
