Reply:um, there are 1000%26#039;s of skate shoes that are jsut for skatebaording...that%26#039;s why they are called skate shoes. Lots of brands have a high top style shoe to protect your ankles more if thats what you%26#039;re looking for, nike, emerica, and maybe even a couple others, i%26#039;ve never not you can sprain or break your ankle in any shoe so either kind so it won%26#039;t matter much. I like fallen shoes specifically the fallen patriot shoe, I%26#039;m currently using nike sb and they%26#039;re super comfortable and so far they%26#039;re holding up good so i%26#039;d say durable and light. Skate shoes are trial and error you%26#039;ll really need to find what works best for you because we all skate differently and our shoes will wear differently. I also like vans, dvs, es, emerica, and adio.
