What is the difference between cross trainer sport shoes and running track shoes?

i have no idea but the best running shoes ever are PUMAS. the athletic running kind lol :)

What is the difference between cross trainer sport shoes and running track shoes?
Training shoes don't provide as much cushioning as running shoes. If you're a runner, don't depend on training shoes. They're much too hard for long distance running. People who only exercise in weight rooms usually buy training shoes for stability purposes.
Reply:A cross-trainer is built to withstand side-to-side activities and the wear from light running or sprinting (moving forward). Running shoes are only built for that activity, are oftentimes much lighter and cannot withstand much side-to-side activities (the uppers will wear out as fast or faster than the soles).
Reply:You should probably buy a pair of each (which is why they make them).
